You bring a lot of specific things that your able to gauge how your doing and that’s wonderful
I think your listing like you did is really going to help others think about there routines... I know it got me thinking.
I have a lot of chronic pain but I do need to start to just push myself to exercise more. Well, I will once this dreaded asthma flare finally goes away so I can actually breathe lol
