Do you limit caffeine ???
Yes it can be embarrassing and I hate to think that people think I'm THAT nervous or anxious when I'm actually not. Or when I'm trying my best to sit still and not even tap my foot on the floor, but then my whole body keeps shaking.

I got that even when I wasn't on any meds, so it's not that much of a side effect.

Yes I try to limit caffeine when I'm hypo or manic but at some point I stop caring and don't make so wise decisions and keep drinking coffee (late in the evening which I normally don't do) for example. When I'm stable caffeine doesn't affect me like that, I've been drinking coffee for a very long period of my life. But I've noticed when I'm not stable caffeine makes the tremor only worse.
