Thanks everyone for the suggestions. A few of my facebook friends suggested a product called "Nature's Miracle". So we bought it, and tried it, and it seems to be working. I've sprayed it twice, and it seems to be helping, but there's still a bit of a lingering odour, so will spray again.

@lightly toasted, no worries. I got that you were concerned about Hailey. And she clearly felt really bad about going on the couch. She's totally healthy, so it was purely an unlucky door problem. We've since blocked the door so that it doesn't close all the way.


I just wish she'd gone on the floor as opposed to the couch where the urine seeped into the cushions.
