I felt that way at one time.
Perhaps it started changing as I grew older, or when I became less vulnerable to influences around me, or began making better choices and created less stressful enviorments for myself, but I noticed this type of anger dissipate. Most importantly, really really knowing myself helped me aviod what I usually regretted.
If the depression thing would go away altogether, I'd be happier too!
We all feel certain pain with our lives - it's tolerating it, how we tolerate it, that helps, I think. Hope you feel relief soon.
