When I briefly left my pdoc, she sent my records. When I requested them from my old pdoc, he gave them freely (although they were chicken scratch in the truest sense of the word). I’m not sure about my t. She doesn’t do pc notes. I have a folder...a thick one. I’ve never asked about notes though.
