Last night I ate a bagel and cream cheese cause I was stressed. Not because I was hungry. But the whole day wasn't that bad so it should be fine. I want to try to drink soups when I feel stressed. I have mostly liquid soups like tomato basil, red peppers and tomato, beefy mushroom, cream of chicken (powder) and both beef and chicken broth. It fills my stomach up and soothes me. That's mainly what I want.
