Demon stuff is back. Dreams, voices, visions, sleep paralysis.

Last night was night 2 of it. Demon dreams. Dreams about hell where its like theres this- bringer of truth- being jn my dreams telling me something that is VERY IMPORTANT. Usually also horrible, the night before last it was- throwback from a while ago for me- that “everyone goes to hell”. Like its a fundamental truth.

Last night it was more mocking. “Did you find it? Did you find it?” And then laughter. Very clear auditory hallucinations. I had to turn on all the lights, eat some food, make sure I was REAL, in my body, before I could get calm again.

I wish I wasnt having episodes like this. The demon stuff is new in the last year and its really creepy.
