Plus, I've been reading about insomnia in general and it is not encouraging for folks like me. The all-cause mortality rate for people who don't sleep well is way, way higher than it is for people who sleep. Most of it is not cardiac. It's cancer. And I worked for years in a field where I was up all night all the time. So, I'm already behind the eight ball. Anyway, trying to stay positive. Maybe things are getting better.

Congrats on this achievement!

Sleep is so very important. So many of us intend to overcome these challenges.
While the studies/info on the effects of chronic insomnia tend to point toward a "potential" for a shortened life span and/or "potential" illness, hopefully this does not apply to you! It is always possible this is true.
Maybe you aren't "behind the eight ball?"
Maybe you the "eight ball" is behind you?
In fact, if you look around, maybe there is no eight ball?
I hope your sleep improves drastically asap!
It's a treat to have you posting!
