It sounds really scary. I hope you stop having these episodes soon. Are you taking any meds?
I haven’t had voices or visions for a while then 3 months ago they started again. I‘m waiting to see if the new meds are going to work better. Sometimes I can’t tell what’s real and what’s not. Anyway I hope things get better for you.
