I know several here are struggling with injuries and other physical ailments. I started to wonder what I might do to stay active if I had one of these conditions. I did a bit of research and I ran across a couple of workouts on youtube for people with knee problems, foot problems, limited mobility etc.
I realize even these options aren't a fit for everyone. Sometimes just the act of moving at all is excruciating or it exacerbates asthma, etc. However, I wanted to pass them along in case it is a fit for anyone here. Also, there are tons more available like this for free. I plan on doing the sitting yoga routine this week. Enjoy!
