In my experience, PsA exercise options include gentle stretching , strengthening and aerobics as tolerated. Water exercises are at the top of the list!
With fatiguing illnesses, people do well to pace themselves, allowing themselves 1-3 days between.
I would think the exercises for RA would be much the same as for PsA.
It's really about exercising mindfully, paying attention to feedback from one's body..
