I’ve rejoined the gym. I need to lose weight but it seems impossible with the limited amount of exercise I’m allowed to do. I’m only in my 40’s but I’ve joined the seniors class because it’s really low impact. 70yr olds are beating my butt. Lol. I’m trying to not let it get me down.
