Gosh, there is nothing more healing for grief than talking. It's really important that you have a chance to do that.
You have a couple choices. One is to try starting at school. See if you can hook up with a counselor there for an appointment. If no one at home is willing to talk, getting outside help really might be a good first step.
The other option is to approach your mom. You can take a look at this site,

Tell her you feel the need to talk about how much you miss your dad and your friend. See if she is able to talk. If she can't, ask her if she understands that you need to talk to someone, and perhaps ask if you can talk to a therapist.
The sooner you can start talking, the better!
