It was an okay day. Once dinner was done my Husband and I got back to binging our show.. I have been grazing food since dinner. I am NOT hungry, just good ole stress eating. It drives me mad ! Countless calories.

We have another front coming tomorrow high of I think 50 something and dropping to freezing by morning so I am just trying to gear up for dealing up yet another round of every pain flaring up even more. This is just part of Fall and Winter.

I’m trying to focus on how much I love Fall .... colors popping and able to dust off my many boots and my favorite clothes. Suppost to be sunny tomorrow, I will force myself outside and try to get some pictures as our beautiful trees are starting to turn.
