I have pain in my arm and it is inflamed from diabetic neuropathy.My blood sugars are still too high.I just had a diabetic review
I see the nurse this coming Monday.I don't know the results until then but I know it's bad and the doctor rang me she is concerned about my
cholesterol 7.2,that is very high.So I have stopped all the chocolate I had been eating hopefully get it down and I am going to start exercise.My blood sugars have been in the 20mmol/L which is very bad.It is depressing.I have to get my diet right one day.
