When I'm down in the abyss, it is *always* Sarah McLachlan's "Surfacing" CD, 1997. Sarah is my depression companion. I can so relate to that album. But I'm feeling good now, so the music can vary. Right now it's George Michael's "Ladies & Gentlemen", a greatest hits 2-CD set. Love his ballads.
