I don't like deleting my PMs..
I came across one message which said ''there is no condemnation from this mailbox''
I actually believe this person...
even at my most grrrrr
or ''whiny''..
this person has never judged me

unlike the FOO (abusive family of origin) and other abusers irl…
with a complete incapability of accepting a bear cub or bear as is..
with a great ability to project their ''bad'' or sub optimal aspects onto a bear cub or bear

I'm very grateful for the kind people on this planet
