We here on PC cannot offer mental health diagnoses. Plus I'm not a mental health professional. So I can't really suggest what may be going on with you. The best thing to do may be to see a mental health professional, perhaps a psychologist or a mental health therapist who can help you to delve into what this is about & what you can do to resolve it.
