Seems like a good day. Then why did I have this dream last night?

Possible trigger:

I had a dream about being 5 months pregnant and in florida. Id miscarried the baby but kept it inside me while I looked for a ziplock baggie to put the fetus in. I was in an airport where people were teaching classes. Scott was there teaching. Someone took me a long walk to clinic for pregnant women. But the baby had died. Oh and i wanted to go to Disney World.I was also trying to take a shower but the water wasnt on. We were in a hospital.

What a bizarre dream.
