My problem, WC, is that I’ve been dealing with the extreme hunger for months now, along with extreme thirst. This is not normal for me. I do not think it has anything to do with low carb for me.

The chili was made from scratch with no sugar except that from to tomatoes. It still didn’t fill me up.

I should def prep protein ahead of time. My other problem is I hate cooking. I hate meal prep. I hate everything about it. I have to suck it up and just do it, however. I know this. So that will be the last time I complain about that on here.

Getting some cheese sticks would be good. That’s easy enough. Deli meat is good too.

I did successfully do low carb about two or three years ago and I lost almost 20 lbs. but the constant cooking was too much for me and I quit. Of course I gained all my weight back. But I need to try again. I need to go to the grocery store today and get some cheese and some other high protein snacks.

I do appreciate all your suggestions! They are very helpful.
