The main things my 1st therapist did were getting me to journal which helped me examine my thoughts. Also, I had an unexpected reaction within when I discussed a trauma that occurred in college that I had kept to myself. The reaction that discussion caused caused me to feel a lot of confusion about the whole therapy process which led me to PC. I think I learned the most here! It took time to mull over it all. My major breakdown happened more than 4 years ago. Things have gotten a lot better for me. They can for your too!
