Most scales a Doctors office uses are usually accurate. So many now use digital scales but they are expensive and reliable.

I literally can not weight myself as numbers trigger me, my GP and any doctor I see that gives me paper results of my visit I ask them to delete my weight print then re enter it.

I just go by how my clothes feel/fit..
