At times, I also find the "Pure Protein" bars very helpful. I, too, have found the best prices at Walmart,, too. I try to not use bars,; however, they can be very helpful. I like the sea salt caramel the best!

I know of many women who do carry these bars in their purse.

Yes, water or some beverage is needed with these.
