The first episode, I thought, oh well. What's it hurt to try? I haven't been consistent, but when I focus on my eating, I eat a lot less. I can usually eat a hamburger, fries, drink, but I was trying to see when I felt full. I ended up eating half my burger, no fries and four sips of drink.
He does this tapping thing for emotional eating and visualization for cravings. It seems to work.
Again, it's an odd feeling to leave food on my plate. We always eat in front of the tv, so I close my eyes to feel if I'm full. I don't know if this will last or if it's The Latest Thing. For now it's an interesting experiment.
