I'm bp2/SzA and on an AP so it can't get that bad. Right? I still want to cut my hair. It took 3 hrs to get through today because I don't take care of it.

Your able to notice your not doing so well already in various areas of your life. Yet your choosing to not take your medications as prescribed ?? when you just shared numerous things that you know are causing problems? This just confuses me
As for your needing 3 hours to deal with your hair ??? Obviously your not brushing it daily. Why has your personal hygiene gotten to this point? That’s a sign things are not going well.. brushing hair daily is at most 5-10 mins at most ?

Your wanting Miguel to be serious about taking his medication and working to feel better ... yet your showing him again those things are not important to you. Parents should = role models.
