I agree... what we eat is so important for good health. I lost a lot of weight by eating healthy. I kept good food as my goal. Lately I haven't been doing as well. I am trying to do better now. I think I was mainly eating to cope with stress. I know that's not good. I wish you great success with your new meal plans.
