I've been focusing a lot on offering my body gratitude. I try to use loving mantras at least once a day. This thankful season reminds me that I could spend more time showing myself gratitude.
I love your idea of walks at the mall. I enjoy people watching and all of the decorations for the holiday.
Thanks again for checking on me. As always I wish you greater health and happiness!

There you are!
I start to get insecure when you are missing, or I can't find you!
Offering your body gratitude is a wonderful idea.
I once heard a woman speak, telling us about when she is injured and/or needs surgery, she "talks to her body," showing/expressing appreciation. When we think about it, what type of feedback is most healing to our body, our expression of love and gratitude, or our frustration and cussing?
Thanks for sharing on this topic! It is an important one!
