Hi WC - I had quite the evening and night but it looks like the episode has passed.

Things got a little difficult to handle for a while but I managed. I avoided certain activities as you suggested and did something else.

I skipped my Mirapex dose and managed to sleep and stay in bed for the night even though my sleep was broken up.

My pdoc got back to me late and suggested I take Mirapex in the morning and see how things go for a couple of days.

I took it this morning and 6 hours later I'm ok: not hypomanic. At work, I'm working quickly and thinking fast but not like yesterday. Maybe things will continue to calm down.

That was a really awful experience. Such a big boost from being depressed right to the other extreme. It's hard to describe the huge contrast it was for me. After struggling to keep myself from going to low, I was suddenly way up.
