Hi @Aviza

My GP doc, nutritionist, and GI doc all told me to try snacking with healthy meals throughout the day, as opposed to eating full meals, since I'm having some GI issues. It could be that you prefer to snack than to eat full meals. You can ask your GP doc about that. Maybe healthy snacking throughout the day is something that gives you more energy than if you were to eat full meals. Some people have that kind of lifestyle, and they are the most healthiest, trim, and fit people I know. I've also known healthy, fit, and trim people who eat three squares a day, too. I suppose it depends on what your specific needs are.

I'm obese at the moment. I've lost 70 pounds in the past by walking and counting calories, but that was 10 years ago, and I'm now 45 with GI and endocryn system issues, so I cannot lose weight so easily. WW sounds like a great program. I was wondering if you could ask a WW specialist about your desire to snack instead of having full meals. Maybe there are alternative ways to maintain points and all. --Just a thought.

(((safe hugs)))
