I'm afraid to step on the scale. I splurged on french fries yesterday. But I didn't really over eat. I ordered a chicken fried steak and only ate half of it. Yesterday was very stressful so I wanted comfort food. I know using food to feel better is not really healthy. I hope to do better today. I usually just eat when I'm hungry. So that is one thing in my favor. I might try to walk a little bit today to get some exercise. Or I might try my chair yoga again. I haven't done that in a while.
