I know I have started a diet and failed to lose weight many times. I have stuck to the 1300 calorie diet for three days now. I know I will carry on
with it this time cos I am determined to beat my addiction to sugar and junk foods. I want it to be a complete change of life style, where I stop all sugar
and eat healthy, plenty of vegetables and fruit. So I have done that for 3 days and if I carry on every day I will lose a lot of weight.

I am the heaviest I have ever been because when my mum got taken into hospital this July the stress made me binge on cakes and chocolate and junk food from the pub.
So I weigh 142kg which is 313 pounds or 22 stones 5 pounds. A massive size. I am at the stage where I feel uncomfortable, struggle to walk and I feel hideously unattractive.
So I have started this diet at the right time for me. I am visiting the diabetic nurse once a month for weighing so I will update here what my weight is.
