If anyone recalls, I was mostly in a wheelchair and/or on crutches and had rehabbed myself by walking, even when all doctors told me I would never be able to do so. They'd said all of the damage was permanent. I worked with my chiropractor: she did not think I could rehab either, but she was willing to work with me. She has many certifications and degrees and we became very creative. I went from walking approx 100 feet to 3 miles over 2 months.
Sometimes, we must accept things.
Sometimes, with some effort and positive thinking, we can make some changes, even when the "experts" say no.
I hope you and your son enJOY the mall together!

Truer words were never spoken. I just lived a year full of proving most every expert I worked with wrong. It is always worthwhile to try because sometimes we prevail against all odds.
