Maybe I'm a softie, but I don't believe in "lazy." What might appear to be laziness, well, scratch the surface and something else will be found...sadness, depression, grief, physical pain, hopelessness, feeling discouraged...something.
The way I deal with the way (I think) you're feeling is to set 2 small goals (take a shower and dust the book shelf, for example). Then I reward myself when those goals are accomplished by doing something nice (whatever that might be). Next, I set a larger goal. And so on, until I come to a place of knowing whether the initial problem is passing - or if I need to reach out for professional help.
