i wish i could tell you how to keep it from happening... it caught me way off gaurd... and i am back struggling with it again... i guess the best way to keep it from coming back is to deal with the issues that caused you to turn to it in the beginning... i know that is much easier said then done... but that is the direction i think i need to go right now... lyn
