My experience is that it is difficult to find effective therapy for most personality disorders, except for maybe BPD. So I'm not sure that it would help you a lot with the psychiatrist. It may help you to understand yourself better -- or it may not. It did help me to get a diagnosis of PDNOS (Personality Disorder Not Otherwise Specified) but it didn't help the therapist or the therapy IMO.

Having lots of layers and multiple versions of myself -- I can identify with that, but it was more related to the DDNOS (Dissociative Disorders Not Otherwise Specified) than the PDNOS.

But both of those complicated diagnoses took time for the mental health professionals to observe for themselves and to diagnose. My suggestion is to find a psychiatrist or therapist you are comfortable with, to deal with the diagnoses that you currently have, tell them your concerns that there may be more there, and go from there. But these are very complicated issues and take time.
