IMHO, while Thanksgiving does represent former British citizens breaking free from religious persecution to cross the ocean to start new lives breaking bread and the fruits of their harvest with friendly Indians who were there first, I am curious about what native traditional dish you would take to a pot luck or celebration in your country.
