To protect the safety of especially vulnerable persons with mental disorders, and to keep this online community safe, I think it is important that we have legal rights, supports, and resources available, in addition to telling administration about potential cyberbullying, cyber-harassment, or other forms of cybercrimes.
Having this information up can also deter some (not all) potential cybercrime offenders.
