That's why we encourage members to stick to the community with your interactions, until and unless you completely and 100% trust the person you're interacting with.

I agree with what you said! Thank you for explaining this. It helps to know that you guys handle what happens on PC, but anything outside of PC could be handled by the authorites (not the responsibility of PC, as I am aware). Also, it's helpful to know about these for those with IRL or online stalkers who may follow them around online or elsewhere, which can sometimes happen when settings are not attended to properly (at no fault of the host online, btw), which can easily happen to people who are new to technology online.
