There are many types of dumplings made in CZ. Dumplings are called "knedliky" in Czech. There are even different preparations for potato dumplings. If you would like a recipe for the most common type of Czech potato dumplings, just let me know. I have made them a number of times. I believe they do require a special Czech flour to make, but there is a way to make up for that with a product available in most US grocery stores.
