Have you tried journaling !? Or just pen and paper and just start writing what comes to mind . It can often gives us clues and we can take steps to hopefully stay away from Depression, the whole you wanna over sleep ? No get out of bed, don’t want to cook ? do it anyway ,, anything you want to do just do the opposite when it comes to fighting depression
