Right now, it is -8C feels like -15C/20F, feels like 7F. YIKES!!!!

Ok I live in a one bedroom all electric apartment and have recently had to start paying my own electric. New complex owners and they made changes.

Anyway, in this day and age of very cool technology, I can go to the electric company's website and set up my account. That make me feel like a responsible adult! I enjoyed doing that!

So, I can go every day and see how much electricity I use per day and what my projected bill is.

Trying to be frugal, I kept my thermostat at 60ish, but it was too cold. So I googled best temp for cold weather, etc...and Google said 78 degrees!
I would burn up in that. I have it on 66 I think or 68 and I am plenty warm.

I have winter jammies on in layers, LOL, but my hands are warm.

How do yawl manage your heat in the winter?
