I too am following a lower carb diet, not actually counting carbs just trying to be mindful. and It is working...have lost 5 pounds in 3 weeks.
Had a small salad and bowl of chicken soup for lunch, and shrimp coconut soup for dinner with a pork chop. The soup was left overs from this thai restaurant the other night. It was very spicy!

The emphasis is different for everyone. We're all going through varying physical experiences. The goal is just to support one another as we go.
