I think that a ******, familiar job has one thing going for it, that you know exactly what it's going to be like, and how you do the job. Unhealthy conditions, arsehole boss, long hours, these are things that you have dealt with before, and can deal with again. A new job is scary. Will they like you? Can you do it? What's the catch? Will they find me out as the fake, crazy loser that I am?

But a lot of those questions have been answered. They like you, they think you can do it, and you know this because they hired you. You were tough enough for the fabricator job, you're tough enough for this.
