Sometimes there’s a bit of a set point....like I was stable at 165 as long as I was walking two miles a day and eating healthy....I was ok with that. I’m closer to 178 now since I stopped walking though so I’m a little chubby. I guess what I’m saying is you’re fighting your body past a certain point where you can always be hungry or just let go and let your body stabilize where it wants and have normal hunger where you can eat when hungry. The set points are of course much lower without APs but you live the hand you’re dealt.
