why can't you do those things?
how long is your work shift?
how long is your commute?
do you work 7 days/week?
I am guessing that once you put it all down on paper you will see that there is actual time for you do get out and do things....
you might just need to motivate yourself to get up and do it. I know it can be difficult when you are tired, depressed etc., but I also know that if you begin walking, moving doing activities you enjoy then life will seem more pleasurable.
