Thus far, I have needed to turn my heater on only in the early morning. Our temperatures have been in the high 70's to low 80's this month. We should be in the high 60's.

I also live in a tiny 1 bedroom apartment - which I like because the maintenance is low. My thermometer is screwy, so I just push the little lever until the heat comes on. My heat is gas. In my town we pay PG&E for both gas and electricity.

PG&E is the corrupt and negligent corporation that has been responsible for causing most of the massive wildfires we had last year. The Californians who don't profoundly resent paying PG&E are few and far between.
