Hello,
I realise today that wages have been wrong for about a year.
I'm feeling guilty and bad about myself because as an adult I should be on top of these things.
I find payslips so confusing.

Doesn't help that I'm working two different jobs with strange hours e.g. shifts that may be 3 hour 15 mins, 2 hours 30

I feel so stupid
