It definitely could be. I do roll around in my sleep. Though it hasn't happened in recent years, there were times in the past when I woke up and my whole arm was asleep. I could barely even move it until I literally shook it a bit with my other hand.

I am wired and at the same time tired. I know that's a contradictory statement. It's hard to explain.
