I would prefer just to go to the coworker and work things out but I've tried to do that before with this coworker and she gets really passive aggressive and makes my life a living hell. And since it's passive aggressive, it's hard to prove. So I talked to my parents, and my old boss who doesn't work here any more and my one coworker at work that I trust not to repeat it to anyone and I still couldn't decide what to do. So I ended up skyping the owner and I asked when she is coming to CA again. She's like IDK, you need me? I'm like yes I need you! So I told her a little about it without names or details. So she asked to call me so I said yes. I closed my door and talked softly and just let her know what was up. She's going to think about it. She says there's a few ways we could handle it. She told me not to worry. Ha! Too late. I'm so exhausted from the stress. It's just a little issue, but I know if I approach this coworker it is going to get blown way out of proportion and I'm going to have to deal with her wrath and I'm so not up for that. It's an example of a larger systemic issue we have at my workplace though. This kind of stuff happens all the time and not just to me. I explained that to the owner. I hope she gets it. Like come to CA and fix this crap! I try to stay low radar at my work and be low key but I don't like when people are passive aggressive and doing crap to me that they shouldn't be.

I hope the owner helps clear that up, Kit. It sounds stressful.
