No.
Hallucinations and delusions (I've only had the latter) are phenomenological objects--they're not physically perceptible.
Do thoughts appear on a screen when you record them? No. So, similarly, a hallucination would not, either. They are mental phenomena that
certainly are real to those who experience them (I cannot comment on specifics because I've never had what a psychiatrist has called a
true hallucination).
I've certainly had disturbing mental experiences though.
